29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) On or about March 15, 2023, and at times prior thereto; in the uncrate area, where materials, nut bolts and screws on floor, exposing employees to slip, trip and fall hazards. b) On or about March 21, 2023, and at times prior thereto; in the subassembly area, where extension cords on floor, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.
