29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: (a) Employees using the break room closet located at 1915 Kansas City Road, Olathe, Kansas were exposed to electrical hazards due to the wiring inside the outlet box on the west wall, being energized without a protective cover.
