29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying existing hazards) Location: Worksite 1 Boston Wharf Road Boston, MA 02210 On or about March 3, 2023 and at times prior, employees were exposed to worksite hazards such as trips, slips and falls while working where the employer did not frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite.
