29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: a) 3370 Drennan Industrial Loop North, Colorado Springs, CO 80910 (Colorado Ready Mix Plant): On or about June 23, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to health hazards from improper respirator use. The employer failed to ensure employees were clean shaven before respirator usage.
