29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes: (a) Waterbury Heating & Cooling, Inc at 8600 West Shoreline Place, Sioux Falls, SD 57107: On or about and at times prior to February 24, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls in that a stairway floor opening leading to the basement did not have guardrails systems or covers. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of greater than six feet.
