Employees were exposed to a workplace hazard. (a) Mercury 2 machine, serial number: 20210602 (b) Mercury 4 machine, serial number: 20210701 (c) Mercury 5 machine, serial number: 20210702 CARTAMUNDI DALLAS, INC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1910. 147 (c)(5)(ii)(D) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1595720, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 2B THAT WAS ISSUED ON SEPTEMBER 6, 2022, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 5101 HIGHLAND PLACE DRIVE, DALLAS, TX 75236.
