The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. a. At the jobsite, located at 5180 113th Avenue North Clearwater, FL 33760; on or about 2/21/23, the rear emergency exit door was obstructed by polyurethane sheet carts, which exposes employees to fire and entrapment hazards.
