29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Waste Water Treatment Room: On, or about, March 23, 2023, an eyewash station was not located in the room where 50% sulfuric acid and 50% sodium hydroxide where added to the dispensing system provided to treat waste water. Both of the chemicals were corrosive and could cause severe eye damage.
