29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a) a. On or about February 13, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential carpentry operations, six (6) feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. Chris Carpentry Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1591574, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on September 28, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4 Leanda Lane, in South Barrington, IL 60010. Chris Carpentry Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1563270, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 22, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 513 Porter Street, in Lemont, IL 60439.
