29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill. On or about February 16, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees working on a two story residential property roof retained the requisite understanding or skill for safe work practice. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6-feet to the ground below. The BCR Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1627813, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 14, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 10649 Hidden Passage, El Paso, TX 79924. BCR Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1574688, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 14, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1233 Desert Path Dr. El Paso, TX 79928.
