29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them: a. 3 Brothers Seamless Gutters LLC at 100 Modoc Ct. Red Feathers Lake, CO 80545 on November 11, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in operation at heights over six feet was trained to recognize the hazards of working at elevation and trained in the use of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
