29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(ii): The contract employer did not assure that each contract employee was instructed in the known fire, explosion, or toxic release hazards related to his/her job and the process, and the applicable provisions of the emergency action plan: a) On February 11, 2023, and at times prior, at the 99 Cents Katy facility, the contract employer did not assure that a contract employee was instructed in the applicable provisions of the emergency action plan. This condition exposed the employee to toxic hazards in the event of an ammonia release.
