29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end: a) 16 Clairborn Court, Minoa, NY 13116: On or about February 14, 2023, employer failed to ensure employees had guardrails to block employees from accessing the end of a scaffold platform approximately 12 feet in length, where the end was extended approximately 4 feet over its support.
