29 CFR 1910.1018(j)(1): Where the possibility of skin or eye irritation from inorganic arsenic existed and/or for all workers who worked in regulated areas, the employer did not provide and ensure that employees use appropriate clean protective work clothing and equipment: a) Regulated area: On or about 10/28/2022, the employer failed to ensure that employees used appropriate protective work clothing and equipment.
