29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee had not received training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) On or about 02/09/2023, Punch Press Area, employer did not provide Lockout/Tagout(LOTO) training to employees that performed setup on mechanical presses such as, but not limited to: Cincinnati #21, Niagara #20, Chicago #24, Punch press #25. b) On or about 02/09/2023, Formica Area, employer did not provide Lockout/Tagout(LOTO) training to employees that performed servicing or maintenance on cutting and forming machines such as, but not limited to: Table saw, Boring Machine. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
