29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) On or about February 8, 2023, at the previously addressed inspection site, employees exposed to falls while framing and sheathing the roof of a multi-story residential family house while working at heights greater than 6 feet above lower levels were not provided a training program to recognize the hazards of falls and how to minimize fall hazards.
