29 CFR 1910.178(o)(5): The carriage or blades of the industrial truck was not placed under the load as far as possible in order to stabilize the load. Location: Warehouse unloading yard On or about January 25, 2023 an employee operating a Hyster H70FT powered industrial truck did not place the forks entirely under the load while unloading a delivery truck. A load that was not placed all the way onto the forks and resting against the backrest fell and struck a person on the ground.
