29 CFR 1928.57(c)(2)(i): The mesh or nip-points of all power driven gears, belts, chains, sheaves, pulleys, sprockets, and idlers shall be guarded. Jobsite: 540 Church Rd., Avondale, PA 19311- Employees were exposed to caught-in-between and struck-by hazards while operating and/or working in close proximity to the Casing Conveyor in that the two chain & sprocket and pulley assemblies of the machine at the elevated end were not enclosed or guarded. a) Left side of Casing Conveyor (Pulley measurement - approx. 32.5 inches) b) Right side of Casing Conveyor (Pulley measurement - approx. 13.5 inches, chain and sprocket measurement - approx. 14.5 inches) Condition noted on/about January 27, 2023
