29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(iii):The employer did not assure and enforce that each employee has been trained, as necessary, by a competent person in the correct use and operation of personal fall arrest equipment. A)110 Rehill Ave Somerville, NJ 08876 Addition above emergency entrance An employee operating a JLG 660SJ aerial lift was not using proper fall protection. The employee didn't have the leg straps of their full body harness properly secured while operating the aerial lift. No enforcement of fall protection training was implemented. Hazard noted on or about 01/17/23
