29 CFR 1910.177(g)(10):The employer did not ensure that tires on single piece rim wheels are not inflated above the maximum pressure recommended by the manufacturer to seat the tire bead firmly against the rim flange: a) Tire servicing shop: On or about January 18, 2023, and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that employees were allowed to inflate a tractor tire above the maximum pressure recommended by the manufacturer to seat the tire bead firmly against the rim flange.
