29 CFR 1910.28(c): When an employee was exposed to falling objects, the employer did not ensure that each employee wore head protection that met the requirements of subpart I of this part. In addition, the employer did not protect employees from falling objects by implementing one or more of the following provided in 29 CFR 1910.28(c)(1) through 29 CFR 1910.28(c)(3): Warehouse: On or about January 18, 2023 and at times thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from unsecured broken pallets and loose boxes of products on racks overhead.
