29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Roofing Solutions Joe LLC. On or about January 11, 2023 at the address of 5088 Williams Ct. Sheffield Lake OH 44054: The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from head injury hazards with the use of protective hardhat's while working on the ground below employees above engaged in roofing work activities (re-shingling/ installing underlayment material). Employees operating in this condition were exposed to struck by injuries from falling/flying objects such as tools and roofing materials.
