Building 13027, Retail store, 2nd floor, storage room for tires: On and/or before January 10, 2023, the far north isle between the rack and HVAC system, the condensation line in close proximity to the electrical cord that powers the emergency light were running through the floor was plugged into the wall outlet. Employee(s) would retrieve and stock tire(s) daily around this location. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical and/or fire hazard(s).
