29 CFR 1910.178(a)(4):Modifications and additions which affect capacity and safe operation of powered industrial truck were performed by the employer without the manufacturer's prior written approval: (a) Workplace at 55001 Hwy 82, Itta Bena, MS 38941 - On or about January 7, 2023, the employer affected the safe operation of powered industrial trucks without any prior written approval from the vehicles manufacture, in that; the employer exposed employees to fall hazards by instructing employees to use a pallets on a forklift as a work platform to conduct inventory at heights greater than 10 feet .
