29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(v): A receptacle installed outdoors in a location protected from the weather or in other damp locations did not have an enclosure for the receptacle that was weatherproof when the receptacle was covered (attachment plug cap not inserted and receptacle covers closed) a) Port of Wilmington, Crane - C4 at Berth 1, Berth-3 and 5, Customs inspection area (next to Dole), and the Chiquita yard in Wilmington, DE 19801: On or about January 5, 2023, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while connecting ship to shore cranes as well as refrigerated containers to receptacles that had missing or damaged covers.
