29 CFR 1910.269(a)(2)(i)(B): The employer did not ensure that each employee was trained in, and familiar with any other safety practices, including applicable emergency procedures such as pole-top rescue. On or about December 15, 2022, and at times prior thereto at the jobsite, located on 11309 Lane St in Houston, TX (Pole# 26738), employees were working on power transmission poles without having received training on the emergency procedures such as pole-top rescue.
