29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: On or about December 21, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that employees who were operating machines, such as but not limited to, the Line 2 Ironer, were trained as authorized to perform lock out tag out when opening the bridge of the machine in order to test the suction of the vacuum.
