29 CFR 1910.132(a):Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered. a) In the kitchen area located at 2614 E Henry Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610: On or about December 20, 2022, the employer exposed employees to a slipping hazard, in that employees working in a wet process area were sweeping gelatin and water that had built up in the work area into a drain and were not provided non-slip shoes.
