OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by, crushed-by, and ejection hazards: a) At 4895 Old Louisville Rd, Garden City, GA in Warehouses 1, and 2, and the Lot: On or about December 16, 2022, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck-by, crushed-by, and ejection hazards while operating powered industrial trucks (PITs).
