The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated At a new residential construction site located at, or near, 7032 Deer Lodge Circle, Jacksonville, Florida: On or about December 14, 2022 and at times prior, the employer is exposing employees to fall hazards while operating a 4x4 Genie Z-45/25J Articulating Boom Lift , to access the top wall of the residential construction without the fall protection system attached to the basket.
