29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: a. 14 Lane Ave. Caldwell, NJ To increase work height, an employee without a fall protection system in place, was standing on railing of a JLG Aerial lift approximately 25 feet above the ground. Violation occurred on or about 12/02/2022 Majestic Builders NJ LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1526026, citation number 1, item number 9 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/20/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 380 Communipaw Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07105.
