29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: At jobsite located at 2601 Central Ave, Dodge City, KS, an employee engaged in fire sprinkler removal activities was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet in that the employee climbed the 8 feet tall A-frame ladder to access the 8.5 feet high wooden frame support of the drop ceiling, exposing him to an eight feet fall from ladder to the concrete ground below.
