29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers were not stable and secure against sliding or collapse: a) On or about December 8, 2022, at 1609 Golden Gate Plaza, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124, the employer does not protect employees from struck-by, tripping, and fall hazards within the storeroom. Boxed merchandise, stacked above head height, and in excess of 6 feet high, was not arranged in a stable and secure manner to prevent it from falling onto or in the path of employees. b) On or about December 28, 2022, at 1609 Golden Gate Plaza, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124, the employer does not protect employees from struck-by, tripping, and fall hazards within the employee break room.
