29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Stock Room: On or about December 8th, 2022 employees were exposed to hazards associated with delayed electrical power termination while working where boxes of products were stored in front of the store's electrical breaker panels and blocked access to the main power switch. The Dollar Tree Stores, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1453267, citation number 2, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on February 3rd, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1238 Bedford St in Abington, MA 02351.
