29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit.": a) On or about December 6, 2022 at Dollar General Store #8497, the employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent fire and entrapment hazards in the receiving/storage room, where employees unpacked merchandise. The emergency exit door sign was missing impeding direct means of egress for employees.
