29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(3)(ii)(A):The post-exposure evaluation and follow-up of an exposure incident did not include testing the source individual's blood as soon as feasible and after consent was obtained in order to determine HBV and HIV infectivity: a) Complete Care at Marcella, 2305 Rancocas Road, Burlington, NJ 08016- Unit 3, Rom 216: A Licensed Practical Nurse was exposed to Bloodborne Pathogens when stuck by a used insulin syringe and the employer did not test the source individual's blood as soon as feasible, on or about 10/22/22.
