29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) On or about December 2, 2022, and times prior at or near 37th Street NW & 113th Avenue NW in Keene, North Dakota, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while conducting maintenance on a natural gas sales line where a lockout / tag out procedure was not utilized or enforced.
