29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located, and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) This violation occurred on or before November 28, 2022, in that a pallet of plastic resin had been placed directly in front of a fire extinguisher mounted on an I-Beam pillar so that it was not readily accessible to employees and exposing them to injuries in the event of an emergency.
