29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) At the job site, located at 1500 4th Street North, Saint Petersburg, FL, on or about November 5, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet, in that a personal fall protection system was not utilized by employees working in the aerial lift to perform tree trimming activities.
