29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Worksite located 2611 Forest Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were performing work on deck that was elevated more than 6 feet (1.8m) above the ground and were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. The Olathe Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1563841, citation number 2 item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/1/2022, with respect to a workplace located at Worksite located at 2246 Tracy Ave., Kansas City, Missouri.
