29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii):Working space required by this standard may not be used for storage. When normally enclosed live parts are exposed for inspection or servicing, the working space, if in a passageway or general open space, shall be suitably guarded. The employer did not ensure that all working space around electrical panels is kept clear and is not used for storage. (a) On or about November 8, 2022, the area located directly in front and to both sides of the electrical panels were used to store rolltainers with merchandise and empty u-boats. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited under the name Dollar General Corporation dba Dollar General #4976 for a REPEAT violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1500289, citation number 1, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 514 North Antrim Way, Greencastle, PA 17225. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited under the name Dollar General for a REPEAT violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1483184, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on September 16, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 11 River Rd #35, North Arlington, NJ 07031.
