29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: Workplace, 370 Rhode Island Avenue, Fall River, MA: On or about 11/02/2022, the employer was conducting renovation activities inside a Fall River store front, using a solvent-based concrete sealer. The employer did not provide information and training for this new product to its workers using the product and the workers became ill from solvent exposure, where emergency services were required to be summoned.
