29 CFR 1910.269(c)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that the employee in charge conducted a job briefing that met paragraphs (c)(2), (c)(3), and (c)(4) of this section with the employees involved before they started each job. a) On or about October 26, 2022, at a worksite located at 10250 CR 151, Kaufman, TX; where employees, who were working on energized power lines, were exposed to electrocution, electrical shock, and burns. The employer did not ensure that the employee in charge conducted a job briefing that met paragraphs (c)(2), (c)(3), and (c)(4) of this section with the employees involved before the started each job.
