Listed, labeled, or certified equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: a- 180, 182 & 184 Freedom Way, Sicklerville NJ: On or about 10/26/22 a portable electric circular saw, in use by the workers, was powered with a flexible cord that had not been listed, labeled or certified. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
