29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(iii): The employer did not train each employee in the correct procedures for installing, inspecting, operating, maintaining, and disassembling the personal fall protection systems that the employee uses: On or about 10/25/2022 at the jobsite located at 1 North Breakers Row, PALM BEACH, FL 33480, employees were not trained to use install and operate rope descent systems to clean windows, exposing them to a fall hazard of up to 67 feet and 7 inches.
