29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Site: 1 Hudson Avenue Brooklyn, NY On or about 10/17/2022 a) Employees worked at an unprotected edge of an elevated area were exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet. The employees were not utilizing any type of fall protection.
