29 CFR 1910.1025(c)(1):Employee(s) were exposed to lead at concentrations greater than fifty micrograms per cubic meter of air averaged over an eight-hour period: 342 QUINNIPIAC STREET, WALLINGFORD, CT 06492: On or about January 25, 2023, two employees who were responsible for cleaning the shooting ranges were exposed to eight-hour time-weighted-average concentrations of lead in excess of the OSHA permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 0.05 milligrams per cubic meter (mg/m3). One employee was exposed to 0.11 mg/m3 which is twice the PEL; the other was exposed to 0.15 mg/m3 which is three ties the PEL.
