29 CFR 1926.760(c)(1): Each employee working at the leading edge in a CDZ was not protected from fall hazards of more than two stories or 30 feet (9.1 m), whichever is less: (a) On or about September 19, 2022, an employee working at the leading edge in a CDZ was not protected from a fall hazard of approximately seventeen (17) feet and five inches to the concrete floor below in that he was not tied off.
