29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. a) Heritage Shores Development, Whistling Duck Drive near Wilson Farm Rd, Bridgeville, DE 19933 - North Side of Framed Structure: Employees were working at heights of approximately 12 feet without fall protection and the competent person did not perform frequent and regular inspections at the appropriate times for the phases of construction and failed to identify serious safety and health hazards while working onsite as observed on or about 9/21/2022.
