29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a. The employer does not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The most recently occurred on or about August 25, 2022, on the job site located at 621 Peck Lane Lot 72, New Albany, OH 43054. The employer fails to ensure effective protections against falls as required by the standard, when two (2) employees are working on a residential roof, without the use of any type of fall protection systems and are exposed to twelve-foot five-inches fall hazard.
